OVERVIEW

Flow is a spray paint brand with a passion for empowering artistic expression. Flow produces nontoxic spray paint for artists, ages 18-30, who enjoy the art of painting murals and sharing art culture. They need a branding system that differentiates them from other mass-market brands so that the main focus is on art and graffiti.

SOLUTION

For the brand, I created a unique hand-lettered logo inspired by graffiti art. My font explorations lead towards mixing Druk with Univers. I paired Univers with Druk due to their similarities and high contrast within their weights. Lastly, I used a greyscale color palette to create a system that works for every color on the can.
